Admission Process
Step 1: Registration
Candidates must fill out the application form within the given dates. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Step 2: Entrance Examination
- The entrance test will be conducted on 19 March 2026
- The exam will be objective (MCQ-based)
- Total Marks: 100
- No negative marking
Step 3: Merit List
A merit list will be prepared based on the entrance exam performance. Selected candidates will be notified accordingly.
Step 4: Document Verification
Shortlisted students must report to the school for verification of original documents within the specified dates.
Step 5: Final Admission
Admission will be confirmed after successful verification. Classes will commence from 01 April 2026.
Documents Required
Applicants must bring the following documents at the time of verification:
- Aadhaar Card
- Residence Proof
- Previous Class Marksheet/Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)

- Selection will be based on merit and eligibility criteria

Admission is subject to the rules and regulations of the school authority. The decision of the school administration will be final in all matters related to admission.

परीक्षा हेतु आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश
- प्रवेश परीक्षा विद्यालय में ही आयोजित होगी।
- प्रवेश परीक्षा के अधिकतम अंक 100 हैं एवं सभी प्रश्न वस्तुनिष्ठ होंगे।
- किसी प्रकार की कोई ऋणात्मक अंकन (Negative Marking) नहीं है।
- प्रश्न पत्र योजना निम्नानुसार होगी:

At Swami Vivekananda Government Model School, we ensure a transparent and fair admission process, guided by the Rajasthan Council of School Education (RCSE). For classes 6th to 8th, a Block Level Admission Committee manages the process, adhering to strict guidelines, while for classes 9th and 11th, the District Level Admission Committee ensures uniformity and accountability.
In line with our commitment to gender equality, 55% of seats in each class are reserved for girl candidates, fostering inclusivity and diversity. Special provisions are also made for certain categories, including the wards of widows and divorcees, disabled candidates, reserved categories, and those from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families.
For class 9th admissions, an entrance exam is conducted to assess merit and aptitude, ensuring that students are selected based on their capabilities. This contributes to building a dynamic and talented student body.
